Troubleshooting Tips for your Tzumi Flexiview

The Flexiview has universal compatibility with just about any smartphone. Under most circumstances, it shouldn’t have any issues holding your phone.
If you do experience issues, however, then make sure your phone doesn’t have an excess number of accessories on it. If it has a bulky protective case, try removing it while it is in the neck phone holder and see if that helps. Plus, it’s important that you only place your phone in the middle of the holder. Placing it on the edge where it is not secure may cause it to fall.
Do not expose the phone holder to extremely high or extremely low temperatures, since these can damage the product over time. Never expose it to fire, direct sunlight, or other heat sources. Using the neck phone holder in these conditions may result in a shorter lifespan or a reduction in its phone holding capabilities.
If none of the above troubleshooting tips work, and you find that the Flexiview still won’t hold your phone, then a more serious issue may be present. Never attempt to disassemble, modify, or repair the Flexiview by yourself. Instead, call or email us at support@tzumi.com or 1-855-GO-TZUMI. An experienced customer support representative will be happy to assist you.
If your Flexiview won’t stay in place, make sure its neck strap isn’t wet or dirty. The neck strap should easily stay upright on any hard, flat surface, or around your neck. Soft or uneven surfaces may render the neck strap ineffective. In addition, you should ensure the strap isn’t damaged in any way.
It may also be helpful to check that your neck is dry and clean if you plan on placing the neck strap around it. The Flexiview may slide around or not stay in place if your neck is dirty or sweaty.

Ensure that the angle adjustment knob is properly installed on the Flexiview, and that it isn’t turned too far in one direction, to the point where the Flexiview won’t change angles.
You should also make sure that the fastener is firmly inserted into the ball joint adapter, and that the ball joint adapter is securely inserted into the socket located on the back of the bracket.
Check that the Flexiview is firmly in place, and that it isn’t covered in dirt, dust, or other debris. Clean it gently with a soft, dry cloth. Make sure that all components of the holder are securely connected, and that nothing is damaged or visibly malfunctioning in any other way.
