If your Flexiview won’t stay in place, make sure its neck strap isn’t wet or dirty. The neck strap should easily stay upright on any hard, flat surface, or around your neck. Soft or uneven surfaces may render the neck strap ineffective. In addition, you should ensure the strap isn’t damaged in any way. 

It may also be helpful to check that your neck is dry and clean if you plan on placing the neck strap around it. The Flexiview may slide around or not stay in place if your neck is dirty or sweaty.

Ensure that the angle adjustment knob is properly installed on the Flexiview, and that it isn’t turned too far in one direction, to the point where the Flexiview won’t change angles.
