Make sure the wall that you wish to attach your spiral LED light to is clean and dry. It should be completely free of dirt, dust, oils, debris, water, and any other substance that may cause the light to slip off the wall. Your wall mount LED light may also not attach to a wall that is cracked, peeling, or located in an extremely humid environment, as well as spaces with extremely low or high temperatures. Choose a different spot on your wall and see if that helps, or pick a different location for your mount.
It is critical that either the included wall sticker or mounting screws are firmly attached to your wall or other flat surface, and that the mount is securely connected to the sticker or screws. Check that the bottom of the lamp is properly aligned with the wall plate, and that you have securely slid it into place. Only install the wall mount with clean, dry hands, and gently wipe all components of the mount with a soft, dry cloth before beginning the installation process.
If the mount still won’t attach to the wall, you should stop and examine all parts of the mount that were included in your package. Do not try to attach your mount to a wall if you notice that any components are missing, damaged, or visibly malfunctioning in some way. Never attempt to disassemble, modify, or repair any part of your spiral LED wall mount by yourself. Instead, call or email us at 1-855-GO-TZUMI or support@tzumi.com. An experienced customer support representative will be more than happy to assist you.
Your wall mount can be powered via either 2 AAA batteries or a USB power source. If it won’t turn on, then there may be an issue with your chosen power source, or perhaps the light bulb within the mount is loose or cracked.
If you are using USB power, check that your micro-USB cable is firmly plugged into both the LED wall mount and your chosen USB power source. Only use a 5V/1A USB power source for the wall mount, as power sources with a lower input may not be able to provide enough energy to the product. Make sure your USB power source is clean and dry, and that there is no dirt, dust, or debris obstructing any part of the power source.
If you are using battery power, ensure that 2 AAA batteries are properly and securely inserted into your LED wall mount. If it won’t turn on, then it’s possible that the batteries have run out of power. Replace the old batteries with new ones, and make sure they are firmly inserted into the wall mount’s battery compartment. Clean both the batteries and the battery compartment with a soft, dry cloth if necessary.

Never use or store the wall mount LED light in wet environments or conditions, especially in an outdoor environment when it is raining. This can cause painful electrical shocks and result in severe, irreversible damage to the product. You should also keep your spiral LED far away from open flames or heat sources, as these can also damage the product, and even cause a fire or explosion.
Keep your LED wall mount out of areas with extremely low or high temperatures, as well as high humidity. These can damage the spiral light over time. In addition, never use or store this product near children or pets, as it is not a toy and may cause injury.
Only use and store your LED wall mount on a wall or a sturdy flat surface, in a cool and dry environment. This will ensure proper operation and keep your new spiral LED light in good condition for as long as possible.
