Troubleshooting Tips for your Nuckees Twist & Grip

Your phone stand should have no issues with holding your phone securely in place. It is one of the sturdiest and most reliable twist-lock holders for your phone. If it doesn’t hold your phone, then try these steps.
First, make sure all components of the Nuckees Twist & Grip, as well as your phone, are completely clean and dry. They should be free of dirt, dust, or debris, since these particles can cause your phone to slip out of place. If your phone has any bulky attachments on it, or a smooth case that won’t securely attach to the suction cup, then your phone to eventually fall out of place. Ensure that you carefully follow all the steps listed on the package for setting up this product.
If the above troubleshooting tips do not cause the Nuckees Twist & Grip to hold your phone, then there may be another issue with your twist-lock phone mount. Make sure the suction cup is firmly attached to the phone mount, and that it is clean, dry, and free of dirt, dust, or other substances. These substances can cause the suction cup to slide off your chosen surface. You should also wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth to ensure proper suction.
It’s also important to make sure that you firmly press the suction cup into place on your chosen surface. Not pressing with enough force may cause it to slip out of place. You should also ensure that you twisted the top of the suction cup, to create the necessary suction to actually keep the Nuckees Twist & Grip in place.
Never use the phone mount in extremely hot or cold environments, or in areas with high humidity. Only use it on a hard, stable surface in a cool and dry environment, in order for the suction cup to securely stay in place.
