Troubleshooting Tips for your Pocket Juice 10K Hyper Charge

If your Pocket Juice 10K Hyper Charge won’t turn on, you should first check that its battery is fully charged. It should take approximately 5-8 hours to fully charge your Pocket Juice 10K Hyper Charge from a depleted battery level.
Keep the power bank on a flat, hard surface, in a cool and dry environment, during the charging process. Keep it away from heat sources, water or other liquids, or direct sunlight while it’s charging, and make sure that its four LED status indicator lights are illuminated.
Inspect your portable charger thoroughly to ensure that it isn’t damaged or visibly malfunctioning in any way. Only use the included Micro-USB charging cable to charge your Pocket Juice 10K Hyper Charge. Check that the cable is not wet, dirty, frayed, or damaged in any other way.
If the above tips don’t result in the portable charger turning on, there could be an issue with its internal circuitry. Do not attempt to modify, disassemble, or repair the portable charger by yourself. Instead, please call or email us at support@tzumi.com or 1-855-GO-TZUMI, and an experienced customer support representative will be happy to assist you.
Make sure that your portable charger is fully charged, and that it’s properly and securely connected to the device that you plan to charge. Once fully charged, it can recharge most devices several times, depending on the battery capacity of the device and the condition and age of the battery. Remember that the rated battery capacity of the charger can differ depending on both the device you’re charging, and the temperature range in which the charger is operating in.
It’s crucial that your charger isn’t wet, dirty, frayed, or damaged in any other way. Clean it gently with a soft, dry cloth to remove any dirt, dust, or other debris.
Only use the charger with devices that are compatible with micro-USB or USB-C charging. Devices that aren’t compatible with these charging types will not be able to be charged by the Pocket Juice 10K Hyper Charge. Make sure your phone, tablet, or other device is not damaged or visibly malfunctioning, and that its charging port is not obstructed by dirt, dust, or debris. You should also ensure that it isn’t visibly deformed or appears abnormal in some way.
If none of the suggestions above cause your charger to start powering your devices, immediately disconnect any devices, and set the power bank down on a flat, hard, and dry surface. Never attempt to disassemble, modify, or repair the charger on your own. This could cause severe and irreparable damage to the product, as well as void any warranty in place. Please reach out to Customer Service as soon as possible for further instructions.
Your power bank should not get excessively hot. If it is hot and uncomfortable to touch, then it’s likely that it has been charging your devices for too long, and may run out of power soon. Alternatively, it may be in an extremely hot or humid environment, or it may be charging a device that requires more power than the power bank can provide in a given amount of time.
Unplug your device(s) from your power bank, and turn your Pocket Juice 10K Hyper Charge off. Allow it to rest and cool down for 1-2 hours, then fully recharge it to maximum power. Check that the devices you were attempting to charge don’t exceed the power bank’s maximum energy output level. Devices that need more power than the Pocket Juice 10K Hyper Charge can safely provide may very well cause the power bank to overheat.
We also recommend that you gently clean your power bank with a soft, dry cloth, and remove any dirt, dust, or other debris from the power bank’s charging ports. These substances could result in the power bank working a lot harder than it should, and ultimately warming up to high temperatures in a very short amount of time.

Never use or store your portable charger in extremely hot or cold spaces, since these can severely damage the charger. Do not use or store it near fires or other heat sources, since they can destroy the charger, and possibly cause a fire or explosion if a device is being charged.
Do not place the portable charger anywhere near children or pets; this product is not a toy, and could present a choking hazard. Only store and use the charger in cool, dry areas. Anywhere in your home, office, car, or elsewhere should be fine, as long as it is away from water, heat sources, or sharp objects.
