Ensure that your portable spot cleaner is sufficiently charged. We recommend that you fully charge it before each cleaning session. Make sure that you only use the included power adapter to charge the handheld vacuum, as other adapters or charging cables may not work properly.

It’s crucial to set up the StainZero correctly, following all the steps listed in the User Guide exactly as written. Check that all components of the vacuum, especially its suction cover and Clean Water Tank, are properly and securely installed on the spot cleaner. Clean all of the vacuum’s openings with a soft, dry cloth, as any stuck particles may prevent the vacuum from turning on as expected.

Only use the vacuum in a cool, dry environment, away from heat sources, high humidity, and extremely high or low temperatures. All of these conditions could cause the StainZero to not function optimally or turn on.

If all of the above troubleshooting tips do not result in the StainZero turning on, then there may be an issue with the vacuum’s internal circuitry. Never attempt to disassemble, modify, or repair your spot cleaner in any way, as this may cause serious injury, electric shock, and/or irreversible damage to the product. Instead, please call or email us at or 1-855-GO-TZUMI right away. An experienced customer service representative will be more than happy to assist you.

It’s crucial that both the vacuum’s suction opening and suction cover are completely clean and unobstructed by dirt, dust, debris, or any other particles. Remove the suction cover and clean it thoroughly, by rinsing it and wiping it with a soft, dry cloth. You should also inspect the vacuum’s Deep Cleaning Brush, and ensure that nothing is stuck or entangled within its bristles, such as excessive dirt, hair, or other substances.

Do not attempt to clean any flammable or toxic objects or stains, such as ammonia, chlorine, bleach, lighter fluid, gasoline, kerosene, etc. These substances can severely damage the StainZero’s internal circuity and suction mechanisms. Moreover, you should never pick up hard or sharp objects, such as glass, nails, or screws, as they may get stuck in the suction opening and damage the vacuum.

If your floor, couch, or other surface has super-tough stains, then try spraying water on them if you haven’t already. Make sure the vacuum’s Clean Water Tank is full of clean water. Add a tiny bit of gentle detergent if necessary. Remember to check the Dirty Water Tank after each cleaning session, and empty it once it is full, as this could prevent the StainZero from properly cleaning any stains.

It takes approximately 4 hours to charge the StainZero. If you notice that it is taking much longer than 4 hours to charge, or if it isn’t charging at all, then check that the charging cable is fully inserted into the vacuum’s charging port. Clean both the cable and the vacuum’s charging port with a soft, dry cloth, and make sure that no dirt, dust, or debris is stuck within the charging port.

You should also do a scan of the AC outlet that you are attempting to use for charging the vacuum. It should be dry, clean, and located far away from any heat sources, water, or any other liquid, as well as children or pets, since they can damage the outlet. The AC outlet should also be in a relatively cool, dry environment. If the outlet is wet, visibly damaged, malfunctioning, or located in a hot or cold space, choose a different outlet.

Never attempt to charge the StainZero if its charging port is wet, leaking, or visibly deformed or malfunctioning in any way. Immediately contact us for further information.

To buy the best cordless spot cleaner, there are a few key factors you should pay attention to. Although there are many kinds of portable handheld vacuums out there, and you can probably clean your home very efficiently with any one of them, you should still pay attention to the following details before making a purchase.

Perhaps the most important thing to consider is the vacuum’s suction power. Any suction over 2000Pa is typically pretty good, and should be able to clean most dirt, dust, and debris without too much effort. However, the stronger the suction is, the more likely it is that your spot cleaner will have a shorter usage time. Be sure to look at both the suction power and usage time, and make sure that you can get all your cleaning done before it’s time to recharge the vacuum.

Another valuable detail to think about is what other features and accessories it has. If your spot cleaner has a powerful deep cleaning brush with long bristles, for example, or an optional water spray for the toughest stains, then it is almost always a great pick. Along with this, look at the size and weight of your spot cleaner – it’s crucial that you can lift it easily, and tilt or turn it to clean the toughest spots and hard-to-reach corners. It shouldn’t be heavy or clunky to hold, and it should also be a breeze to clean it and store it anywhere throughout your home.

Finally, cost is another essential factor. Ideally, your new spot cleaner will have a price tag within the range of $40 – $70, though you can definitely go above this range if it’s within your budget. Most of the time, the more expensive a spot cleaner is, the stronger its suction power, and it will usually have more cleaning features and accessories. Remember, though, that there are several other things to keep in mind besides just suction power when making that purchase.

Ultimately, it comes down to how often you plan to use your spot cleaner, and where you hope to use and store it within your home. Hopefully, the above suggestions prove helpful in helping you find the best cordless spot cleaner to keep your living space nice and tidy!

With the right spot cleaner, you should be able to fully clean almost any surface with no trouble at all. Whether you’re hoping to vacuum carpets, rugs, or upholstery, you can enjoy a quick, powerful, and meticulous clean with ease.

Again, though, this all depends on whether you have done your research on how to find the best spot cleaner. Some vacuums work better on certain surfaces than others, which is why it’s so valuable to do research on cordless spot cleaners before making your purchase. Chairs, tables, couches, and other furniture should all be fair game for cleaning, though some vacuums are limited in terms of what surfaces you can use them on.

The best spot cleaners can safely be used on a plethora of surfaces, without the risk of damaging them or leaving any stain residue behind. Some will even have a water spraying function (like the StainZero) that can safely be used on your carpets, rugs, and furniture for an even deeper clean.

Be sure to check your spot cleaner’s user guide for more specific instructions on what surfaces you can clean.

No matter who you are, you can easily enjoy all the great benefits that a spot cleaner can provide!

Anyone that has rambunctious, messy children or pets will get quite a lot out of having the right spot cleaner around. Whether they’re dropping a glass of orange juice on your living room carpet, or tracking in dirt and mud from outside, they tend to leave a hefty cleaning task on your hands. If your dog or cat also likes to carry their food bowl to a different room and leave a wet, gross trail of pet food, you’ll want a cleaning companion you can count on. Whatever disaster your kids or furry pals end up creating, a good spot cleaner can tackle it head-on.

They’re also a good pick for any wine aficionados out there, or those who love having company over and having unforgettable parties. At some point, you or a visitor is going to spill some wine or knock over a drink on your couch, so it’s essential to have a compact yet powerful vac to clean it fast. It’s also great for when a guest is partying too hard, and accidentally drops their food on your recently mopped carpet or hardwood floor – the right vacuum will always have you covered.

Even if you don’t have kids or pets, or if you don’t usually have guests over, you can still get SO much out of having a cordless spot cleaner around. All those sudden spills and nasty messes stand no chance against your mighty new vacuum!
