Before using the SLF Visible Blackhead Remover to remove any blackheads on your nose, cheeks, or other areas, it should be fully charged. However, there is a chance you may encounter some difficulties with charging the blackhead popping tool, in which case you should follow the suggestions below.
Only use the included Micro-USB cable with the device. Check that the cable isn’t wet, dirty, frayed, or damaged in any other way. Do not use the cable if it is damaged, and never use a different Micro-USB cable to try and charge the product.
Check that your SLF Visible Blackhead Remover’s charging port is clean, dry, and free of any dirt, dust, or other debris. The remover tool may not charge properly if the port is wet or obstructed by any substances. Ensure it is not damaged or visibly malfunctioning in any way.
You should also make sure that your chosen USB power source has enough power to sufficiently charge the blackhead remover. The USB power source must be able to output 5V/1A of power in order to properly and reliably recharge your product. Try using a different USB power source and see if that helps.
If your SLF Visible Blackhead Remover still won’t charge properly, even after following all of the above suggestions, then there may be an issue with the blackhead remover’s internal circuitry. Do not attempt to modify, disassemble, or repair this device by yourself. Instead, please call or email us at support@tzumi.com or 1-855-GO-TZUMI, and an experienced customer support representative will be happy to assist you.
Check that your blackhead remover tool is sufficiently charged. Your SLF Visible Blackhead Remover should fully charge within 2 hours.
Make sure the remover is clean and free of any dirt, dust, or other debris. The product may not work properly if it is dirty. In addition, ensure that it is completely dry, as it may not turn on or work properly if water has made its way into one of the remover tool’s openings.
It is critical that you wash the silicone suction attachments separately after each use. This is to ensure proper and hygienic blackhead removal each time, and proper operation of the device. The remover tool may not work correctly if your chosen suction attachment is dirty, wet, or damaged in any way.
If the Power Button is damaged or visibly malfunctioning, then you may not be able to press it properly and turn the device on. This could also mean that there is an issue with the internal circuitry of the remover tool. In this case, do not continue to try and turn on the remover too. Contact Customer Service as soon as possible for further instructions.
Make sure the device is sufficiently charged, powered on, and that your chosen silicone suction attachment is firmly connected to the remover tool. Press the tool firmly against the blackhead, and increase the suction intensity if necessary. There are 3 suction intensity levels to choose from.
Check that you are directly hitting the blackhead. Use the built-in LED magnifying glass to ensure you are using the device in the right spot. Make sure you are using the right suction attachment for the part of your body that you are targeting. Use the small suction nozzle for sensitive areas, the large suction nozzle for your T-zone (forehead, nose, and chin), and the oval suction nozzle for any sensitive areas.
Again, it’s crucial that you thoroughly hand-wash the silicone suction attachments after each use. The remover tool may not properly remove your blackheads if your chosen suction attachment is dirty, wet, damaged, or visibly malfunctioning in some other way.
Never use the SLF Visible Blackhead Remover on your eyes, mouth, nostrils, ears, or genitals. Using it on these areas can cause serious injury and deep scars on your skin. In addition, never attempt to use the tool on skin without a blackhead or pimple.
Only use and store your blackhead remover tool in cool, dry environments, away from extremely hot or cold temperatures, heat sources, water, and other liquids. Keep it far away from children and pets – this product is not a toy, and it contains detachable parts that may present a choking hazard.
Most importantly, do NOT use the blackhead remover tool in a bathtub, shower, pool, or other body of water. This is very likely to result in serious injury or even death, as well as irreversible damage to the product.
