$44.99

The ionvac Cordless Vacuum picks up dust, debris, pet hair, and dirt from the smallest crevices on any surface, from hardwood floors to carpet and upholstery. Its cordless design and incredibly powerful 6000kPa suction make it ideal for instantly tackling unexpected messes, while the builtin rechargeable battery lets you charge it from any wall outlet or USB power source. Use the included crevice nozzle to clean tight, hardtoreach places along the edges of walls, corners, and gaps in between car seats and furniture. The brush attachment, on the other hand, is ideal for vacuuming upholstered furniture and sensitive surfaces. The nozzles can easily be attached and removed for enhanced cleaning, while its easytoclean dust collector and filter can be emptied in just a few minutes.

FAQs

There are multiple reasons for why the vacuum’s suction quality may be poor.

First, make sure the dust collector is clean. Check that the filter is not completely full, and that nothing is obstructing the suction opening or the filter. Make sure that your vacuum is fully charged prior to using it, and that all components are set up correctly.

If you’re using the extension wand, try firmly reinstalling it back into the vacuum again and see if that works. If all else fails, contact Customer Service and one of our representatives will be more than happy to help you.

If the vacuum isn’t turning on, check its battery level and ensure it is fully charged. If not, recharge it to 100%, reinstall all of its components, and try turning it back on again. Make sure that all parts of the vacuum are not visibly damaged or malfunctioning in any way, as this may prevent the ionvac Cordless Vacuum from turning on.

If all of the above suggestions fail, feel free to call or email us at support@tzumi.com or 1-855-GO-TZUMI, and an experienced customer service representative will be more than happy to help you.

Do not attempt to use the ionvac Cordless Vacuum on any wet messes or liquid spills, as they may damage its battery or other internal circuitry.

You may have trouble trying to use the vacuum on thick carpets or rugs, especially when trying to remove pet hair.

Do not use the vacuum on any surface with any kind of glowing ash, cigarette butts, matchsticks, or any other fire hazard.

In addition, never attempt to use the vacuum to clean up toxic substances, hard pointed objects (glass shards, nails, etc.), makeup, plaster, cement, and other substances that may clump together and block the filter, which in turn may damage the vacuum.

Be sure that neither the attachment nor the vacuum itself is visibly damaged or malfunctioning in any way.

If necessary, gently clean the vacuum and either the brush or extension wand with a damp cloth, as any accumulated dirt, dust, or debris may prevent you from connecting an attachment to the vacuum.

The dust collector should be firmly attached into place on the vacuum, so that the extension wand can easily be inserted into its opening, and the dust brush can be connected to the end of the wand. All pieces should easily snap into place.

If you’re still having trouble, reach out to Customer Service for further assistance.

You should clean the vacuum by wiping both the vacuum body and its attachments with a slightly damp cloth. Always turn the vacuum off when you are cleaning it. Never attempt to wash the vacuum under running water, or use any detergents or other cleaning solutions, as they may damage the vacuum battery and other components.

When cleaning the brush, make sure to carefully remove any entangled hairs or threads, and only use a dry lint-free cloth. Be sure to fully empty the dust collector of any accumulated dust, dirt, and other debris before using the vacuum again. When cleaning the filter, lightly tap on the filter basket and holder over a trash bin. You can also gently brush any debris out the filter basket, holder, and lid, or wipe them with a damp cloth.

Thanks to the ionvac Cordless Vacuum’s included storage stand, you can keep the vacuum stable and upright just about anywhere! Whether it be on the kitchen or dining room table, in your car, or hidden discreetly next to your bed or couch after sneakily cleaning up food crumbs, any hard, level surface is a perfect home for this mini vacuum. Desktops, nightstands, or kitchen counters next to a USB power source are the best location to store your vacuum, as it’ll be both safely upright in the stand and charging up in just 2-3 hours for the next cleaning session.

You should avoid storing the vacuum near water sources or any other liquid, such as a sink or bathtub. The vacuum is not waterproof and will be damaged if it falls into water. Additionally, do not keep the vacuum in hot environments or near heat sources, as they could damage its internal circuitry or the battery.

Clean out the dust collector of any collected debris if you notice excessive dirt buildup in the filter. Also, make sure to clean the filter by removing it from its holder, and tapping on both the filter holder and filter basket over a trash bin. It may also help to wipe or brush out the filer basket and lid with a damp cloth to ensure that they are clean. If all else fails, you may need a new filter. Check out our replacement filters here. You should change the vacuum filter every 2 months.
