As long as they are used and stored in a cool environment without extremely hot or cold temperatures, as well as heat sources or sharp objects, your color-changing puck lights should work just fine.

Remember that the ColorPucks require 3 AAA batteries to operate. Check that there are 3 batteries in each LED puck light with enough battery power, and that they are firmly and correctly inserted into the battery compartment. Your color-changing puck lights will not turn on if the batteries are dead or not properly inserted into the battery compartment.

Your puck lights are IP67 certified to be water/shock/dust resistant. However, you should be careful not to drop them from high heights, or expose them to extremely strong shocks or blows. Make sure to gently clean the puck lights with a soft, dry cloth to remove any built-up dirt, dust, or debris, as these substances may prevent proper operation. Keep the puck lights out of extremely hot or cold environments, and away from heat sources or sharp objects, as they can damage the lights and keep them from turning on.

One more thing: the ColorPucks may be shaped like colored hockey pucks, but this does NOT mean that they are meant to be used for hockey. Do not use the puck lights as hockey pucks. Check that the remote’s battery still has some power left. If the battery has run out of power, replace it with a new one. Only use CR2025-CR2032 batteries with the remote. Make sure that the new battery is inserted into the remote’s battery compartment properly and securely. Gently clean the remote and battery compartment with a soft, dry cloth, to remove any dirt, dust, or debris that may prevent the remote from working properly.

Do not use the remote from more than 26 ft. away. Move closer towards the LED puck lights if necessary. If you are standing very close to the lights, you may have difficulty operating the remote correctly. Stand at least 3 – 4 ft. away from the puck lights if possible.

If it has been a long time since you have changed the AAA batteries inside the puck lights, try replacing them and see if that helps. The lights may not get as bright as they’re supposed to if their batteries are running low on power.

You should also check that the puck lights aren’t on their lowest brightness setting. Try using the wireless remote to increase their brightness to the highest level. In addition, make sure that the lights are fully clean of dirt, dust, or other debris, and that they are not visibly deformed or malfunctioning in any way.
