Troubleshooting Tips for your Atmospheres Spira LED Lamp

Do not use multi-functional adapters to plug in the lamp’s power adapter. Do not place metals or flammable items in the open spaces/holes in the lamp. Do not use the power cord if it is wet, dirty, frayed, or damaged in any other way. Plug the adapter into a different power source if necessary.
Keep the lamp away from heat sources. Do not use or store it in extremely hot or cold locations, nor near water or any other liquid. Only use and store your Atmospheres Spira LED Lamp in a cool, dry space, on a surface that’s flat and hard, to ensure that the lamp operates properly. Try moving the lamp to a new area, fully charging it, and checking the light for any cracks or damage before attempting to turn the lamp on again.
There may be an issue with either the lamp’s internal circuitry or the light bulb if it still fails to turn on, even after following all of the troubleshooting advice above. Do not attempt to disassemble, modify, or repair this product by yourself. Instead, please call or email us at support@tzumi.com or 1-855-GO-TZUMI. If the lamp isn’t getting as bright as it’s supposed to, check that it is securely plugged into your chosen power source. Only use a power source that has an output of 110-240V. Ensure that the power source isn’t wet, damaged, or obstructed in any way by dirt, dust, or other debris, as this can affect how bright the lamp gets.
Make sure to unplug the power adapter if the lamp is not being used for long periods of time. Keeping it plugged in can reduce the lifespan of the lamp and/or the power adapter, which can eventually affect the light bulb’s brightness. Keep the lamp in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources or liquids, if it’s not being used.

This spiral lamp should only be used in indoor environments, whether it be your home or office. Only use and store the Atmospheres Spira LED Lamp in an environment with a temperature range of -13°F to 95°F (-25°C to 35°C). Its relative humidity cannot exceed 98%.
Only use and store the lamp in a cool, dry space, on a flat and sturdy surface such as a nightstand or desktop. Extremely hot or cold temperatures may interfere with the spiral lamp’s operation. In addition, never place the lamp or its power adapter in direct sunlight, since it can damage the product or wear it down over time. Keep it away from water or other liquids, especially sinks, toilets, or bathtubs.
