Working out with the Tzumi ProBuds V2 Wireless Earbuds is no trouble at all!
Their silicone ear-tips will fit nicely in your ear while you work out, no matter what exercise you do. Whether you’re running or lifting weights, these compact earbuds will stay put and let you enjoy your favorite workout playlist with ease.
Although they are not waterproof (so swimming with the earbuds is not recommended), the ProBuds V2 is still an extremely useful companion for your fitness routine.
If the earbuds stop working, make sure that they have not run out of battery power.
Refer to the User Guide for more information about charging the earbuds or the charging case. It may also be possible that the ProBuds V2 were disconnected from your Bluetooth device.
If this is the case, try pairing the earbuds to your device of choice once again, per the steps listed in the User Guide.

If the earbuds aren’t connecting to your device, then you should make sure that both your earbuds and chosen device have not run out of battery power.
Please check the included User Guide for more information about how to properly charge the earbuds. It may also be possible that the ProBuds V2 and your Bluetooth device are not close enough together.

Your ProBuds V2 should almost always be producing powerful, high-quality audio for your music or calls.
If not, check that your earbuds and Bluetooth device are fully charged and connected properly, and that nothing is wrong with your device. You should also ensure that the earbuds’ silicone ear-tips are securely on the earbuds and are positioned comfortably and securely in your ears.
Make sure that you thoroughly read the User Guide before using the earbuds for the first time, and that you follow all of the safeguards mentioned in order to prevent any damage to the product.
If you’ve followed the above tips and the earbuds’ sound quality is still poor, though, there may be a more serious issue with your ProBuds V2
