If you are contacting us over a defective product please be sure to attach a picture of the defective product as well as proof of purchase to expedite your RMA.

In case you qualify for a replacement, please note we do not ship out any replacements to P.O. boxes.

*Please note our original selfie stick manuals have a typo error – our first generation Bluetooth selfie stick is the only selfie stick that includes a built-in mirror. All other models do not include this feature.
**If you are having trouble pairing your Bluetooth Stereo Wireless Headphones or your ProBuds Sport Series Wireless Stereo Earbuds, please note that you may need to press and hold the multi-function button while powering on the headphones or earbuds, then continue holding down the button until you see a red and blue light flashing – this indicates pairing mode.
RockSolo Recall (Walmart Canada Only)
Recently, we discovered a manufacturing defect that caused potential safety issues on RockSolo karaoke microphones that were sold from Walmart Canada. Customer safety is our first concern when it comes to our products, and we’ve worked with Canada Health and Walmart Canada to issue a recall of the potentially defective RockSolos. If you purchased a RockSolo from Walmart Canada, we ask you to discontinue use of the microphone and return it to Walmart Canada for a refund. Rest assured, all other RockSolo and PopSolo microphones are safe to use, and are unaffected by this recall.
