In the event that your air compression leg massager won’t turn on, you should first check that it is set up properly, and that its AC wall adapter is firmly plugged into a nearby wall outlet. It’s essential that you follow the instructions in the User Guide exactly as they were written, to ensure proper operation of the product and an effective leg sleeve compression massage.

Make sure your chosen wall outlet isn’t wet, dirty, damaged, or visibly malfunctioning in any way. Only use the massager in cool, dry environments, without high humidity, or extremely high or low temperatures. Never use a wall outlet that is near any water or other liquids, as well as any damaged power cords. This may cause irreversible damage to the product, electric shock, serious injury to yourself or others, and even result in a fire in some extreme cases.

If your leg compression massager still won’t turn on, even after following all of the tips above, then an issue may be present with the product’s internal hardware. Do not attempt to repair, modify, or disassemble your PROfit RecoverMax on your own. Instead, please call or email us at 1-855-GO-TZUMI or support@tzumi.com. An experienced customer service representative will be more than happy to assist you.

Make sure the massager isn’t set to its lowest intensity level. If it is, try increasing the intensity and see if that provides a more powerful massage. The RecoverMax is a very powerful tool by default, and should not feel weak during your massage, as it packs 24W of power that is converted into forceful yet soothing air compression for muscle recovery.

Check that the LCD controller is connected to the straps’ air pressure hoses and the AC adapter as securely as possible. Also, try re-plugging the AC adapter into your chosen wall outlet to ensure a proper connection. Alternatively, choose a different outlet. It’s possible that your current wall outlet doesn’t emit enough power for the massager, which may be why the massage intensity feels weaker than expected. Only use a 12V/2A or higher wall outlet or other power source.

Clean your chosen wall outlet or power source by gently wiping it with a soft, dry cloth, to remove any dust, dirt, or other debris. These substances may obstruct your wall outlet or power source, and prevent a full insertion of the AC adapter.

Feel free to contact our Customer Service team at any time if you have further questions or concerns.

Your leg massage should never cause you any kind of pain. If it is, stop using the RecoverMax immediately. Carefully remove the straps from your legs, and wait a bit before trying to use them again. Rest your legs and check them for redness, swelling, and discomfort.

Make sure the straps are positioned properly on your legs. Use the included thigh and calf extension pads to ensure that the straps are comfortable. We also recommend that you decrease the massage intensity, choose a different air compression mode, or use less heat if you feel pain.

If the settings are already at their lowest level, though, and yet you still feel pain, then stop using the massager entirely. Consult your doctor for further instructions before attempting to use the massager again. It’s essential to always heed your doctor’s safety advice to avoid injury, no matter who you are or how much fitness experience you have.

Remember not to use the massager if you are pregnant, diabetic, have a pacemaker, recovering from surgery, suffer from migraines, neuropathy disorders, disc protrusion or spinal inflammation.

Anyone that has recently suffered a leg injury of any kind, or has poor blood circulation, should first ask their doctor if leg compression therapy is safe for them. Not following your doctor’s instructions could impede your recovery timeline, or cause serious injury to your legs and/or feet. In addition, using the massager for too long on sensitive areas can cause major discomfort and/or injury. We suggest that you try using the leg compression massager on a low or medium intensity setting, for 20-30 minutes per session, especially if you’re healing from an injury.

To ensure your safety, do not use the massager without the approval of your doctor if you are: pregnant, diabetic, have a pacemaker, recovering from surgery, or are suffering from migraines, neuropathy disorders, disc protrusion or spinal inflammation.

In addition, make sure to keep the RecoverMax out of the reach of infants, toddlers, and children. This product is not a toy and should not be used at such.

If you’re in the market for a new air compression leg massager, you should consider the strength of its air compression, how well the leg compression sleeves fit, how they’re controlled, and the amount of customization you have in terms of your relief. The best compression machines for your legs can easily be adjusted to fit your legs perfectly and give you ultra-effective compression therapy.

Look for leg massagers with velcro straps that you can extend or shorten, depending on the length of your legs. The more adaptable the straps are, the better. Plus, they should be comfortable on your legs, and not cause any pain or discomfort. They’ll also ideally be durable and last a long time, so that you don’t have to worry about them breaking or wearing down quickly.

In addition, you want an air compression leg massager that’s easy to control. Whether it be through an app or a connected LCD controller, your leg massager should be able to be customized to your liking in just a few seconds. Pay attention to leg compression massagers with multiple intensity levels and massage modes, since the amount of leg compression that’s needed for an effective massage will vary from person to person.

If your massager has optional heat relief or an additional feature for extra relief, then it may cost more, but it’ll also provide even greater recovery and relaxation that most other products can’t match.

One of the most versatile and effective leg compression sleeve massagers would be the PROfit RecoverMax. It currently has a 4.4-star overall customer satisfaction rating on Walmart, from nearly 100 reviews, meaning that it is a popular and widely trusted option for full leg relief!

Perfect for improving blood circulation, speeding up muscle recovery, and reducing swelling, the RecoverMax is a unique blend of air compression, massage therapy, and heat, to serve as the ideal leg workout recovery device!

Standard leg compression sleeves without any massage settings or heat relief typically average around $10-$20, depending on their size and where you choose to shop.

However, leg compression sleeves with air compression massage modes and heat settings cost much more. These can cost anywhere between $80-$90 and nearly $200 in some online stores, meaning that you should do lots of research so that you get the value and high-quality leg muscle relief you deserve.

Priced right at $100, our PROfit RecoverMax is an absolute steal, especially for the plethora of awesome features and freedom you receive when it comes to customizing your massage. With ultra-powerful air compression, optional heat relief, and comfortable leg straps that can be adjusted to your liking, the RecoverMax is a smart and innovative solution for enjoying much-needed relief for your legs and feet!

Nearly anyone can reap the wonderful benefits that leg sleeve compression therapy has to offer!

Whether you’re a professional athlete recovering after a tough practice, a seasoned weightlifter who needs relief after a brutal leg workout, or someone who’s recovering from an injury of some kind, you can always rely on leg sleeve compression therapy. Those who wish to reduce swelling in their legs and unwind after a long day of work will also greatly appreciate this kind of treatment.

If you’ve just completed a lengthy plane or car ride, or don’t move around as much as you should, then leg compression therapy is one of the best options for you. It’s a quick and powerful method of improving blood circulation throughout your legs, especially your thighs, calves, and even your feet. Anyone that works an office job and spends most of their day sitting at a desk is likely to have leg aches and pains, or find that their feet go numb over time. With leg compression therapy, though, those worries are no more!

No matter who you are though, it’s wise to consult your doctor before starting leg sleeve compression therapy, especially if you want to use it while recovering from an injury. Using leg compression therapy on injured legs and feet can be dangerous and slow down recovery time.
