If you are in a hot or humid environment, then the interior of the cooler may not feel as cold as you would like it to be. Make sure you are in a cool environment or a space that’s at room temperature. If you are outside, do your best to keep the Mini Cooler in an area that’s away from heat sources or direct sunlight.  

You should also check that the AC or DC adapter is plugged in properly, and that the cooler is turned on. If it still won’t turn on, then there may be an issue with the cooler’s internal circuitry.
