As long as your phone or other device is anywhere between 3.5” to 6.3” long, it’ll easily be able to fit in the phone mount’s adjustable bracket and base. Do not attempt to use a device smaller or larger than the specified length, as it will not fit firmly within the bracket, and may lead to serious damage to either the phone mount or your device.  

Make sure that your phone, tablet, or other device is between 3.5” to 6.3” long, as shorter or longer devices will not securely fit within the bracket. Check that all components of the OneGrip are installed properly and securely, and that nothing is visibly damaged or malfunctioning. If all components seem to be set up correctly and are not visibly damaged, yet the OneGrip still won’t hold your device, then there may be a more serious issue with your product. Make sure that your chosen mount and the surface where you plan to place the OneGrip (such as your car’s dashboard, windshield, or air vent) are clean. Gently wipe them with a soft, damp cloth to remove any dirt, dust, oils, and other debris. Make sure that the surface where you wish to affix the OneGrip isn’t cracked or damaged in some way, as a rough or uneven surface will make it difficult for the car phone mount to stay secure. Keep in mind that the OneGrip is not compatible with all CD/DVD slots and some circular vent styles. If you find that the suction cup base of the OneGrip isn’t sticking to the surface of your choice, then the surface may not be clean. Clean the surface with a soft, dry cloth to remove any dirt, dust, or debris, Check that nothing is stuck on or lodged into the suction cup base, as this may prevent it from sticking to the surface. Clean the base with a soft, damp cloth, and repeat the steps in the User Guide for setting up the mount. Alternatively, a component of the OneGrip may not be installed properly or securely. If all of the above suggestions don’t resolve the issue, then you should reach out to Customer Service for advice on what to do next. 

If you can’t adjust the arm, make sure that nothing is obstructing any part of the arm, as well as any other component of the phone mount, Only affix the base to a clean surface, such as your dashboard, windshield, or any other flat surface in your car. Refer to the User Guide and lock the mount in the right position for the type of surface you wish to use. Securely insert the fastener into the plastic ball joint on your chosen mount, and ensure the mount is firmly inserted into the back of the smartphone bracket holder before using the arm.
