The speaker’s Bluetooth function should automatically activate once the speaker is turned on. If it doesn’t activate, it is recommended to power the speaker off, then turn it back on again.

Unfortunately, the speaker is not fully waterproof, and serious irreversible damage to the product may occur if it is submerged in water or other liquids.

Per the Warnings section in the included User Guide, do not use or store the speaker near water or other liquids to prevent damage to the product and/or injury to yourself and others.

Check that the microphone is powered on and properly inserted into your speaker. Make sure you are close enough to the microphone so that your voice can be picked up.

In addition, make sure that the speaker is sufficiently charged and turned on as well to ensure proper operation. Make sure that the microphone has no broken or visibly damaged components; if it does, do not attempt to use it in any way.
