WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?

Our products have a one (1) year warranty. Please keep a copy of your receipt in order to validate your warranty when you are ready for a replacement.

WHY WON’T MY COMPACT SELFIE STICK CHARGE OR CONNECT TO BLUETOOTH?

Please Try the following:

The compact selfie stick on/off button is also your shutter button. Press the shutter button twice on the second time hold it for 5 seconds and the selfie stick will power on, this is also how you will turn it off.

While the unit is in charge mode, press and hold the shutter button until a blue light appears.

Please also try using a different usb cable as that may be the issue.

WHY DOES MY PROGLASS FOR THE S7 NOT FIT THE SCREEN ENTIRELY?

Please note that is the design of the ProGlass S7 edition. The screen protector is designed with most smart phone cases in mind. If it extended it could interfere with the case and cause fraying or bubbling.

WHY DOESN’T THE CURVE SERIES FIT WITH MY PHONE CASE?

ProGlass for the curve series is not meant for full protection cases it is designed for cases that have partial coverage.

MY BLUETOOTH HEADPHONES/EARBUDS WILL NOT CONNECT?

Please make sure the unit is fully charged and that you do not have any other Bluetooth devices connected, as you can only use one at a time.

Also, turn your bluetooth off, turn it back on and then turn the earbuds on. Press the on/off button until a rapidly flashing blue-red light appears. Hold the power button on, sometimes it takes a few seconds for the bluetooth to catch it.

MY HEADPHONES/EARBUDS HAVE CHANGED LANGUAGE, WHAT DO I DO?

To change the language back to English, please turn the unit on, please make sure it is in pairing mode, once you hear the recording press and hold + until it says English, then you are good to go.

MY SELFIE STICK STATES IT COMES WITH A MIRROR, BUT MINE DOES NOT.

Please note our original selfie stick manuals have a typo error – our first-generation Bluetooth selfie stick is the only selfie stick that includes a built-in mirror. All other models do not include this feature. You can find the updated manuals at tzumi.com/manuals.

WHY DOESN’T MY PHONE FIT IN THE VR UNIT?

One tip – we only support phones out of their protective cases – so please double check that you’ve only placed the phone in the unit. We fit most smartphone sizes – but it’s always possible one or two specific models sneak through and are incompatible.

THE ELITE POCKET JUICE STATES WIRELESS CHARGING.

The Elite portable chargers will work with phones that are Qi compatible, please check if your phone has that capability.

I DON’T HAVE A QR CODE FOR MY VR UNIT.
